Am I a Marbled White Butterfly?

Most of the first flowery hay has been cut around here now and this morning I got soaking wet feet walking through a small intact field very close to home. Suddenly I realised that there were lots of these butterflies landing, wings fully open to the rising sun, what a privilege to see. However there are so many types of Marbled White and none of them in my book had rather sloppy paint brush strokes like this one so I am not 100% sure that is what it is.
