Back on Track.......nearly!

Working today with meetings at Polmont Prison. After watching the finale of Wentworth last night it was quite funny walking through the prison.

I could relate to much of what I saw last night (minus the kidnapping of babies, murders, arson, drug taking, etc).

Then headed over to Edinburgh and I managed a sneaky bowling session for lunch hitting a 202 in the process.

My ball is knackered again after splitting so need a new one.

After dinner a trip to the gym I think. A nice way to round of the working week.
