Trail Walk

So last night I was at the gym and got a shout to play five aside football as they were one short so that was unexpected but the back held up ok this morning so I'm pleased with that.

This morning we had the Dads and Daughters class which was lots of fun as usual.

Afterwards, L came with me to get a haircut (as she always gets a lollipop) then MrsT took her swimming at the Dolphins.

I went home to dismantle the old trampoline and take to the tip before returning to empty the gutters.

It's a dirty job but someone has to do it right?

Then we all went for a nice 4.5 km walk round Murieston and Oakbank with an ice lolly.

Looking forward to relaxing tonight with a beer after I put up yet another unit for L's room.
