Arnside Apple Day

Tomorrow, October 3rd. is the annual Apple Day event in Arnside. This annual celebration takes place in a fine orchard near the centre of the village. It began several years ago and has becoming increasingly popular.

There is something for everyone, young and old. Freshly pressed apple juice in bottles to take home, story tellers for the little ones and lots of displays and demonstrations.

The RSPB, The Landscape Trust, Mrs.K's Community Interest Company and many more conservation groups are all keen to show their work.

It is well worth a visit.
