The Lifeboat, the ASBO and the pink paint

Not the best photo taken today but by far the best story.:-
If you look carefully at the lookout tower of this , the old lifeboat station in Worthing you will see pink paint showing through. That was the colour it was painted by its Russian lady owner after being served 2 ASBOs for drunken and disorderly behaviour. Two fingers up to the Council. Horrified they changed the planning laws so that no one could paint a seafront property bright pink again. You can read the news report here  with a picture of it in pink

 The extra is a photo of Mother on the pier- she has lived in Worthing for 25 years and had never been on the pier. I could not believe it.
