Believe it or not

This is a widening of a small stream that runs through our pasture field. On Monday it was dry because we had gone quite a while with no rain. When I walked Riley past the stream, I noticed movement on the bottom - there was a pile of tadpoles and every now and then you could see a tail flip. Mr M had seen them also and he brought out three pails of water to pour on them. There was rain in the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday, and now this is what it looks like. It's difficult to see the tadpoles, but they are in there.
