Pastrami

There's nothing like a traditional, New York style, fresh-made, hot pastrami sandwich that you watched being made. It was the high point of a trip into the city I made this afternoon, with mustard & cheese. The new place is Hershel's East Side Deli, at the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia. Hits the spot nicely.
