" AND I THINK IT'S GOING TO RAIN TODAY"

Having had much needed rain overnight, the garden is particularly wet.  Phoebe was reluctant to walk across the lawn but I was pleased to see the Alpine plants thriving so well.  This lovely water jewel was nestled in one of the tiny plants and I thought it looked beautiful.

The other photo is a Grevillia we put in the garden recently and I am very pleased with it.

There is a Ginger cake cooking in the oven as we are getting ready for our next guests who happen to be fellow blippers  from Swindon.  So a long drive for them but we hope they enjoy their stay with us.
