On a miserable, grey, wet October Monday, my thoughts turn towards Christmas fare. And who do I turn to at such times? Other recipes are available, but I can follow this one and it works.......well, we'll see in 81 days. The question remains: Which cheese shall I have with the cake? (it's a Yorkshire thing).
