Rainy day lunch...

Perfect lunch on a rainy day, particularly when we've been away from home for lots of this week... homemade yellow split pea and sweet potato soup with homemade bread and philly spread. Yum!

Miserable day so just a bit of pottering at home, although did make it into town today. J's mum coming for dinner tonight, we've not seen her much lately so looking forward to a good catch up over a couple of glasses of rioja.
