Build me up buttercup... great song and great field of buttercups at Ae forest today... glorious sunshine this evening, so we had a lovely walk.

I'm away for three days this week, heading up to Tulliallen tomorrow then onto Inverness for a couple of days. J's away too, more training... so it will be a wee while till we get another chance to chill out on our couch.
