Back to the birds

An early start to drop Tricia at school and off I headed to the shore to see what I could see. This Grey Heron was keen to be photographed in the morning light so I duly (dully?) did.
The rest of the day was spent sorting out - at least trying to - the house as we have Airbnb guests arriving on Saturday. Quite a lot to do!
Drinks then with some neighbours and any prospect of working in the evening evaporated, just as the wine in my glass seemed to be doing.....
