bouillabaisse de nos fiançailles

We had our engagement party today with the family.  It was a great, relaxed day.

Pierre's dad made bouillabaisse for us all!  What an experience and what a treat.  

There was mum and dad, auntie Lou and John, Matthieu, Stefanie and Léon, Annie and Daniel, and of course Pierre and me :)  

Daniel had bought soooo much fish but we also had the little 'poissons de roche' and daurade that I had caught in Ste Maxime a few weeks ago :)

Dad provided the wine and mum brought homemade pavlova and lemon meringe pie for dessert.  

We all walked down to dad's garden after our meal.  Great day.

Some of my extra pics seem to be upside down! Not sure why that is! Ah well...
