Massage and smoothie

Work went. Then I headed straight to my lymphatic drainage massage with the new therapist. It was the strangest massage, a very, very light touch and she explained this is because of the lymph glands and nodes being on top of the muscles near the skin. I practically fell asleep during the last 15 minutes which was a nice surprise.

After this, I made the mad dash over to the head shrink for a decent session. Not good petrol wise as the miles I put in today do not make much sense. Eh well.
