STORK PAIR

In de Uithof park.
Piet Hein and I cycled in the afternoon to Wateringen and beyond, to Hornbach, the DIY giant.
The weather not really bad, but not good too. On our way there we cycled the small cycle paths through Madestein, the Uithof and finally through Wateringen.
I was rather surprised to see the pair of storks, because I have seen them only in spring or summer. When they were prepairing their nest, high on a pool with a wheel on it.
There were many herons too, standing solidly along the little canals.
