Autumn bonus

My roses are rather belatedly giving us their second flush of flowers. I don't know the name of his one as it was already in the garden when we came here 48 years ago. It is a tough plant as it never seems to succumb to the black spot and other horrors that attack any new rose I buy.

I returned to see the physiotherapist today and was ticked off for not keeping up my exercises while on holiday. So it is back to the daily regime. Oh dear!
