The Chase

Thomas and Ophelia did 3x 800/400/200 at 85% race pace this afternoon. Thomas has to keep up with Ophelia as she is faster over the middle distance and Thomas pushes Ophelia so she can increase her speed work.
These two are at High School and put as much effort into their training as their School work. Thomas is doing exceptionally well and Ophelia is a year advanced and does not know whether to study Law or Music when she goes to university in a couple of years.
