Fun run

Took most of the day off today so that I didn't have to abandon SS on her first day back.

Did a little bit of work this morning then met mother dear for a coffee and a catch up. Then on to the studio to take some supplies to the resident artist who was busy creating masterpieces.

It was nice out so I decided to go for a run around the river. It was lovely and autumnal and nice to get out and stretch the legs. One more long run to do on Sunday then I can ease off next week before the Half.
