Hiking over the Albula pass

The wonderful thing about a mountain pass is the feeling of leaving one valley behind you, whilst discovering another valley ahead. It was warm enough to walk in T-shirts and trousers and feel the warmth of the sun.
The lake in the photo is the Lej da Palpuonga, which has reputedly gained the title of the most beautiful lake in Switzerland.
