Star Wars party!

Susanna's birthday was actually in April, but so many of her class had birthdays then that we couldn't find a good time to have her party.

It's the last Saturday of term though, so we managed a Star Wars party, with fancy dress. Susanna was a storm trooper and there were various aliens, Princess Leia's and a wonderful R2-D2. Somehow I ended up as Darth Maul, but I did get to play with the double lightsaber :-) I also managed to terrify my colleague's cat while returning his daughter who had been helping me run the party :-/

We managed to play Jedi, Jedi, Sith (duck, duck, goose) and musical asteroids, as well as a number of favourites like pass the parcel and the chocolate game. Everyone seemed to have a good time, and I was SO impressed at the fancy dress creations.

Glad to get it over for another year!!
