Irish

Do you know that I am Irish? Well I am. A Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier is Irish and we have a great tradition as ratting dogs.
we can also swim. (But you probably knew that already).
Oh The story... Well it's Sunday AND The Bossess is coming walking AND the sun is shining AND it was -1.7 this morning SO off we went along my favourite (Waterfall Creek) track AND there are these 3 girls...Irish, great Accents...(to be sure, to be sure) AND there was this Rugby Football match last night, and enthused by the last match when the Irish nearly beat the All Blacks (1 point in it) There were high expectations that The Irish would be victors this time AND the score was 60 - 0 All Blacks favour. SO the three girls were going to drown their sorrows IN THE LAKE.
So what else could a loyal Irish dog do... I went in with them. I have to say at this point that I don't much care either way about the sporting thing BUT it looked so much fun that I just followed and nearly caught up as well. They were lovely about it (well they would be ...Irish and all) and maybe they swam a bit slower to make me feel good.
