Tractor Tuesday - Deutz Vet

Had to drop by the local agricultural machinery dealers and second hand Deutz specialists with the roller from my Amazone Grasshopper mower which had broken off a few days ago and made mowing impossible. A bit of a complicated welding job but as nothing to mow for a while could leave it with them to take their time on.

While there spotted a newcomer to their collection of machines. A German army forklift with a 6 cyl. Deutz motor. Couldn't find any detail of the vehicle manufacturer but apparently it has seen service in Afghanistan! Next to it an Agrostar  6.81 and in the Extra Photo a couple of burnt out Deutz's behind which will be restored in due course. The company specializes in buying newer wrecks and redoing them up for resale.
