U is for ........ 'ungry
Now ... I make no apologies for the title of this or the use of U for hungry
.... I am a Yorkshire lass lass? Yorkshire OAP more like - and it applies to other Northerners too, no discrimination here - we do sometimes forget that the alphabet contains the letter 'aitch' (that's not haitch with an H but 'aitch' with an A - look it up you'll see I'm right) .....
we do say .......
"Where's mi 'at?"
"Are you off t' 'ospital"
" 'Ow's thi Dad?" ......
therefore ..... this baby starling was 'ungry so being fed by 'is Dad.
I'm a little miffed that the leaves are beautifully in focus and the birdies are slightly 'soft' but my excuse is that it was windy, the branch was bobbing and weaving and I was trying so hard to get them actually feeding!!! Now it's hammering down with rain so the birdies are all sheltering!!!!
