Fungi

Arvin and I took a morning walk along our alley, by the school, and up into Big Rock Park. It was chilly but lovely and we enjoyed our walk although Arv's hip was bothering him a bit. I took my FZ1000 along and enjoyed taking close ups and scenes as we walked. We found one downed tree with many different kinds of fungi on it. Here you can see three kinds and more if you look closely. 

This afternoon we are going to the Whatcom Symphony concert with Helena. Afterwards we are going out to dinner at The Table with our new friends we met while traveling to Europe this spring, Alan and Susan. We are looking forward to a happy social evening.
