Riding to the top . . .

of Pikes Peak, Colorado 14,000ft.  We drove it but we did see several groups pedaling up slowly but coming down they could pass the cars.  Just amazing to have a road of such good quality going this high.  I of course was holding on for dear life but the switch backs were amazing and I enjoyed the going down better than the going up.  Lots of people enjoying the views, tramping, driving their convertibles with the top down, bikers, all good fun on  a sunny Sunday.
