Interesting way to count

Was in a temporary museum with exhibitions from the Inca Empire.
One of there unique culture seems to be their infrastructure of passing information around.
Maybe you know what a quipu is? Impressive that those string can store and deliver info such as numbers, but also words.

So it was kind of nice to see that the museum was keeping track of the numbers of people who came every day.
Brown is a weekday or Saturday, pink is a Sunday, and orange a national holiday. Wow look at the number of people who came during those holidays in the middle (which was the beginning of May), 6 to 7 thousand people visiting a day!?

No wonder it was crowded when I went here myself. I had to wait for 70 minutes to actually get in... (^^;)


Already started my weekday today. Another long week to come.
