Mouse Highway

Ricki the cat is watching the fence and vines for mice who love to run and climb back there. A few times a year she brings one in to the house through the cat door. Luckily Ricki doesn't dismember or eat them, she prefers to just play with them. Occasionally she brings in a chipmunk but they are clever enough to run out the door when we open it and pick up the cat. Good day at work after an awesome long weekend. Hubby rowing tonight after work for his last pre-Boston work out, then loading the boat on the trailer for the 9 hr drive to the race. I again brought my road bike (whom i have named Glynn) and hopped on and tried to beat the threatening showers and impending dark - I almost made it! Good ride except the 30-50 km winds and rain speckled glasses. That is almost 10 hrs of riding in 7 days, 8.5 hrs in the past 4 days - love it! PS our sons made us these great chairs in highschool.
