Coconut rock buns...

...freshly made this morning by my middle son. Simply replace the currants on a normal recipe with coconut, they are beautiful!

A pretty normal Sunday - dinner was lamb, I'm not too keen but everyone else loved it, I did a bit of cleaning and washing and went to the gym. I'm definitely out of practice - note to self - must try harder to go at least 3 times a week!

That's it, just a quickie as I need to get tea ready so we can all be in place for the England match. Come on England!
