London this morning, home to the country this afternoon, a re visit to the tack shop, then back to work, then to see my osteopath.  Busy day, but good day...I have been signed off by the Osteopath to try a little run but not until Sunday!! I can not wait :)

Tomorrow and work just needs to happen already!!
