Long day. no opportunities with the camera. So my default has to be my daisy chain heart.

I’m tired I won’t lie!

Snippet into my day….someone three months ago who interviewed a person for a position,promised a pay increase after three months….. So now I have some issues…one being I have to carefully tell this person that pay increases are not considered until next April and I have in the back of mind the person can bring an unfair claim to the company and second I now have to consult with the person who made this unauthorised promise and consider further action.

I also have a potential theft issue. And this is just all side issues to the day job.
