Black-headed gull

It started to rain just before I got home from work but I had to head back out in it because I needed a few things for Rosie. I was hoping the rain would stop but it didn't.  Fortunately I was able to shelter under a tree on the way back so that the camera wouldn't get too wet while I took a photo of this gull.

My left foot still felt somewhat sore this morning but at least the decision to wear my walking boots to work instead of my usual work boots hasn't made it any worse.
