Last little run at 7.30 this morning. Despite being a morning person, I am not a morning runner. Horrid.

A productive day in the office. It's always hard to be motivated when it's just me there, but managed to complete my week's to do list which was satisfying.

Dinner with the parents and a word from Darwin on the way out.

Onto HTH for drinks and live music.
