Kotor Bay Drive
It absolutely hammered down all day. Not only that but it seemed that internet access was partially down. About 2pm, this all got too much for us and we made a dash for the car and went for a drive for something to do.This time, Mrs BB didn't take a towel and costume in case the weather changed!
We ended up driving around Kotor Bay. Even in the rain it is stunning. The blip photo is taken of Gospa Od Andela church on the edge of the bay looking towards Perast, a World Heritage Site. You can see the clouds are low. It was raining as I lept out of the car for the photo. Of the two islands off Perast, one is natural (St George) and the other man made (Our Lady Of The Rocks (built 1452)). Both house churches.
In the evening I drove into Kotor Old Town for our evening meal, followed by drinks in our favourite backstreet bar. At just over a euro a drink, it's cheaper than Asda!
