Weird and wonderful stuff, Russian chocolate....if you look closely you can see that the topmost bar has Ca printed on the label..............if you know your Periodic Table you'll know that is calcium.......so yes it's chocolate with a calcium filling..........weirder still the lower bar has Fe on the label....that's right Fe!.............iron........chocolate with extra iron....from seaweed...........seaweed flavoured chocolate!

The news from the oncologist today was not good........in fact it would be harder for it to be much worse.
