Terrible night last night..............but I won't bore you with the details.....suffice to say almost no sleep.............couldn't make it to work this morning............got out of bed to ring in sick...........went straight back............eventually got up at 2.30..........a little bit of toast..........a fag..............out in the garden in the rain to try and cool down..........took this.

Began to feel human again around 5.00.........I'll be back at work tomorrow.
