My Mates @ The River

Yesterday afternoon I was drawn to stop off at the river before meeting up with a friend...and there they were .......so many of them in the afternoon sun just hanging out. I love the way the sun kissed their little feathery hairdos.
Later on we waited on the wall for the sunset...it was a bit chill and damp.........there was a very subtle change in color. 
My camera protested somewhat and my flip screen stopped working....I don't know if it was the fall the day before or just the damp...it seems to be working now though phew!.
I didn't get home till late so I am just posting yesterdays blip now.
