Thanks again Gem.

Got a bit of a lie in this morning as we had a builder coming round at 10.30 and didn't seem worth starting anything before he came.  The builders name is Dave and he is a friend of Stu.  He works for Stu's boss - mainly working on his multi million pound mansion.  He was so positive about the house which was reassuring, and he talked Stu through loads of stuff and said that a lot would be much easier than we would imagine.  I wish he lived nearer as he is clearly a very handy person to have around.
This afternoon Gem came back to help me strip some more walls.  The picture is Gem testing out the electric reclining chair which was left in the house.  Doesn't she look comfy. 
Stu has gone back to brick on the front wall in the lounge ready to sort out the damaged window lintel next weekend. 
We are slowly making progress.
