Didn't have  a very good sleep last night, ended up getting up and taking another diazepam.

With Mum today as usual; a wander round Stockbridge and  a coffee stop.

My chest pains continue and my breathing is all over the place. Anxiety is hard.

Dreams.......I have plenty.
