Nature hates an empty pub ....

.... and is giving it a real go here! On the way into Manchester to see the brilliant - if slightly weird staging - of The Crucible. Powerful play and amazing acting ... it always scares me and yet again made me shed a tear too. We've not been to the Royal Exchange for a while and this sad looking 19th century pub is really struggling with the greenery now. We keep wondering when it will lose the fight.
