Market Scale #13
My market scale series started with close-up shots of these often interesting subjects. Lately it seems I have been more drawn to "environmental" shots of them in use. This morning the Playa Principal fish market was much busier than I have seen it the past half dozen trips, full of fish for sale and vendors making those sales. Caught this guy (pun intended) loading up the 20 liter bucket he uses as the pan with some of the day's catch while his customer waits in the background. The challenging light of this scene was mitigated by the heavy overcast, making this shot possible.
