Hello darkness, my old friend?

Sunset already at 18.02pm. Not too much light time left anymore after you get home from work...

Visited a physiotherapist in the morning to get again one osteoarthritis knee supprot. Bad news also this strong support is only for a loan, and there is no change to be able to get one as a social welfare. Anyway I can now test this and later decide maybe buy one myself (for lousy 995euros price!?!)... Another medical visit in the morning was meeting the gynegologist for the annual visit & tests, which I really hate more than anything.

Then hurry up, back work.

Uhhh... I did manage the part at 17pm.

Just before the sunset I had time for a 2km test walk with the knee support. Of course it makes your knee light and painless. And it would prevent the arthritis go worse. But 995euros is a lot of money. Then again not... I am only 48years of age. It could save me years! My evening has gone in the internet checking alternative knee supports. I understand the benefits of this of course. Hard to decide.

Tried to relax later in the evening and found a night view over the still lake like a mirrow
