Baltic Herring fillet "stakes"

My friend from Rovaniemi was visiting us in the evening. She is a journalist and was having few days course of crime journalism in police school of Tampere.

I had baked some fillet stakes of Baltic Herring for us as I got from work, then picked her up from the southern suburban area.

Lovely to see her after a long break, a lot to catch up!
