Sloes jelly

A quiet walk this morning with juno and manolo. We chatted and the dark morning kept many people away.

Work was a journey of design.

Home early to pick up a sheep carcass that we had purchased.

Made some plum jam, rowan jelly and slow jelly.

Got to process the lamb for the freezer.
