Aladdin and Cheese

Full day today - 9am epidemiology seminar, anatomy session, expert sessions all afternoon, basic life support training until 21:30 (yep, already done that... Three times training, twice for reals)

Didn't get home until 22:15 so went straight to bed. Was sat scrolling through FB, then nearly fell off my bed as the sudden realisation hit me - most of the people I know on my feed are pairing off and getting serious about life.. Me, I'm sat in bed watching Aladdin eating cheese... Standard

I'm not upset by this. But I am amused by the reaction that statement evoked on Facebook - variations of 'aw poor you' and 'plenty of fish'.. Who said I was unhappy sat on my bed watching Aladdin and eating cheese?
