Keeping fit

Had a walk to meet Karen and the doggies today and then walked a little further with Karen and the doggies. . The sun was shining and even though there was a slight breeze it was very pleasant and away from the breeze positively balmy! We stopped for refreshments and soaked up the sunshine for a while ... I know Karen feels exactly the same as myself how lucky we are to be to have such beautiful surroundings and be able to enjoy them!
