Chamois Moment in the Snow

This handsome male chamois was high on the cliffs watching me stuggling through the windswept new snow above the Refugio Benevolo in the Grand Paradiso, Italy. The weather is definitely better on this side of the Alps! This is a beautiful valley so I shall put some shots on Flickr in a minute if I can.
