One of lives little pleasures

This is ivy on her way to janis' so we could leave her behind to take briar and willow to see their consultant.

Willow is doing well so is down to fortnightly weighing. Briar is also in his opinion doing well, and is exactly as small as you'd expect her to be. She seems to have had an unexpectedly fat month, so when she went back to normality it looked like shed dropped. So I was entirely justified in digging my heels in and refusing to give her a bottle, as it would have been unnecessary and caused all sorts of problems with milk supply by now.

Had a great conversation with ivy about breast milk walking back with her from Janis'. She said she did like it but she could go to nursery now she didn't drink it anymore. So the various warnings that I would have a hard time weaning her if I kept going past 2 were unnecessary. She does have to wait till next October to go to nursery though, so she may yet change her mind about a lack of 'best milk'.
