Well Wimbledon started today - and it didn't rain!
So I took the opportunity to paint the garden seat, varnish the picnic bench, paint the 'shed with the sporty things in' and carry out running repairs to our 'upturned rowing boat seat' at the bottom of the garden.
While I was doing that I noticed an awful lot of weeds growing there:) Come September, I think we're getting some hens to eat them thar weeds!

I'm sure this isn't a weed, but my mind has gone completely blank as to what it is - some kind of iris I think.
