Doesn't look much like a horrible prison dose it but this is the transportation prison on Tasmania that repeat offenders were sent to, some boys were only 9 years old and sent there for very minor crimes. It is being preserved and very well presented but not a very nice history. A couple of extras one being the commanders house.
