There is always this guy to fall back on when an emergency blip is to be done. A little scale carving of the Marion Kouros in the British Museum that I did.

It was John's 94th birthday today. He is in good heart. Four generations of  family represented.

I munched my way through about a hundredweight of deep-fried whitebait and felt quite poorly for the afternoon. But lovely to see him and his great grand-daughter. The staff at the home were very nice catering the meal.
